The version 0 is not defined in controlling area 1000 for the fiscal year 2xxx.

You have to maintain the fiscal year-dependent version parameters for all actual versions for which multiple valuation is updated.

1.t-code:OKEV,  Enter

2.choose “Append” ,select ‘Version’, Enter.

3.enter Controlling Area and Version ’0′,Enter.

4.choose the item,double-click “Settings for Each fiscal year”

5.choose last year item,and press key F6 ,Copy

6.change “fiscal year ” ,Enter

7.save.
